FAQ 3：Can I use the AIG Smart Guard security system if I use IP cameras and video doorbells of other brand name?

Ans: Yes. You can still use the AIG Smart Guard system if your existing IP camera and video doorbell are compatible with ONVIF and RTSP protocol.

FAQ 4：Where the video footages will be stored while the Smart Guard security system is in operation?

Ans: All the recorded video clips are stored in the intelligent smart hub installed inside your premises. The video clips are stored for a period of time which is configurable.

Ans: Yes. The security system can be remotely accessed through your Android or Apple mobile phone seamlessly.
